You may return non-customized items that are in new condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a prompt exchange or a full refund. We will refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or was damaged during shipment.
For products that have customized configurations, inscriptions, or designs, returns or exchanges are not permitted unless (1) the products are damaged or defective upon arrival, or (2) there is an error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by NSTEM. In such cases, NSTEM will provide a full refund or replacement provided you Contact Us in advance with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
NSTEM advises you to obtain tracking and insurance on all returns. NSTEM is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of your return.
Shipping Policy:
Domestic US Orders: Beginning September 1, 2024, shipping will be charged for all orders. All NSTEM merchandise on this site is custom made and orders are generally shipped within two weeks depending on inventory. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons. All domestic US orders will not be charged for shipping.
Outside Continental US Orders: All orders outside the Continental US will be charged for shipping. NSTEM representatives will contact you with the shipping fee.
