Kennesha Valentine

My name is Kennesha and I hold an undergraduate degree in Business and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. My passion lies in bringing out the best in individuals so that they can contribute their best to an organization. I believe that the success and growth of any organization starts with its people, and a strong and supportive HR team is key to nurturing that potential.

Taking on leadership with NSTEM has been both a joy and a valuable experience. Leading within NSTEM reinforces my belief that effective leadership is grounded in understanding people, cultivating collaboration, and creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
