Hailee Nyswonger

I grew up in central California and now live in Ontario, California, where I am finishing my bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Cal State Northridge. Along the way, I’ve built a wide range of experiences that continue to shape who I am as a leader and teammate.

My time in the U.S. Army taught me discipline, adaptability, and the value of working together toward a bigger mission. After my service, I carried those lessons into civilian roles. As a lead brand ambassador, I learned how to represent brands with professionalism while guiding a team and building real connections with people. Later, as an events coordinator and marketing assistant, I strengthened my communication and organizational skills and discovered how much I enjoy finding creative solutions under pressure.

I joined NSTEM because I believe in the power of STEM to inspire innovation and open doors for future opportunities. I bring persistence, reliability, and creativity to my role, and I’m excited to grow alongside others who share the same passion for teamwork and discovery.
