Bethani Scott

Hi! My name is Bethani, and I am from West Tawakoni, Texas. I earned my Bachelor’s degrees in Marine Biology and Marine Fisheries from Texas A&M University – Galveston Campus.

I accepted the position of Strategic Assistant because I’m passionate about supporting educators and students as they begin their NSTEM journeys. Throughout my academic experience, one constant source of support and inspiration was being part of an honor society. I’ve always appreciated the sense of community and recognition that came with it.
What drew me to NSTEM in particular was its unique focus on STEM students and the way it provides a supportive framework from pre-K all the way through college. I love being part of an organization that can grow alongside a student and be a part of their academic and personal development for years.
