Hi, I’m Alyssa, a graduating senior from the University of South Florida. I accepted a leadership position to both hone my leadership skills and be able to interact with more interns at NSTEM. Working as a co-director has improved my organization, management, and communication skills, which will help me at both NSTEM and beyond.
