Allysen Hunt

I am Allysen Hunt and I currently live in Sarasota, FL. I was born and raised in Texas, but moved to Florida for college. I attended Florida Southern College for my undergraduate degree, and I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in May, 2025. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at Florida Southern College, and I am set to graduate in May, 2026. Through this program, I have studied organizational leadership, research design, training and development, workplace motivation, and personnel selection. I am also a Graduate Lab Assistant in the department’s research lab, and I lead a group of undergraduate research assistants. All of this experience prepared me for a leadership position within Human Resources, so I was excited to accept the position of Human Resources Co-Director at NSTEM. I am looking forward to contributing to this organization, a cause that is near and dear to my heart as a woman in STEM, and continuing to cultivate my skills and experience!
