I am from Akron, Ohio, but I am now living in Columbus, Ohio. I am in my third year the Ohio State University studying Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability. I have many teachers in my family, I know from first-hand experience how important STEM is in the classroom. I believe STEM is the key to addressing major environmental issues such as climate change, STEM is our future. I have been here since January 2021, I choose to intern here because I was very interested in learning more about stem and its importance. My favorite part about working with NSTEM is the environment and everyone here, it’s a very supportive atmosphere.
I love the curiosity of STEM including how hands-on it can be and the problem-solving aspect to STEM.
