I live in Bellevue, Washington and I go to Interlake High School. I’m interested in STEM and business and basically anything that incorporates those two disciplines. More specifically, I’m interested in healthcare administration and biomedical engineering. I enjoy organizing community events, participating in fundraisers, and volunteering for local organizations. What I enjoy most about NSTEM is that it’s a large group of people where everyone is working towards a common goal in different ways. All of the different departments play an important role in what NSTEM is trying to achieve through unique methods. Another enjoyable part of NSTEM is being able to work with hard-working people who are passionate about increasing the presence of STEM in schools and throughout the community. For example, I got to meet so many accomplished people who are motivated to make a change in their own communities which is really inspiring to me and I look forward to doing the same.
