You can stay current on the latest breakthroughs and discoveries by engaging in professional development programs, conducting research, and collaborating with peers. Furthermore, sharing your love for the topic with children might pique their interest in STEM fields and motivate them.
2. Participate Actively in Inquiry-Based Learning
Using inquiry-based learning strategies motivates students to investigate and come to their own conclusions actively. By giving kids open-ended questions, promoting inquiry, and assisting them throughout the process, you can help them think critically, solve problems, and gain a more profound knowledge of STEM subjects.
