In order to promote individual and Chapter members, activities, achievements, Chapters and their members may be featured in materials to increase public awareness of the National STEM Honor Society\u2122 (NSTEM\u2122) and Chapter programs. I authorize and grant NSTEM, its employees, representatives and authorized media organizations and assigns license and permission to use our Chapter and member names, photographs, likeness, voice, testimonials and biographical material, in whole or in part, for publication or reproduction in any medium including but not limited to television, social media, radio, displays, presentations, brochures, radio, print media and the Internet, among others, for any purpose including but not limited to public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training and research. These multimedia materials mentioned are either already in the public domain or have been shared directly with NSTEM for the sole purpose of highlighting Chapters and their members by NSTEM in efforts to promote individual Chapter activities and achievements. We hereby waive all rights we may have to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of any such materials. We waive the right to approve the use and medium of publication determined by NSTEM. We further release and relieve NSTEM, its Board of Directors, employees, and other representatives from any liabilities, known or unknown arising out of the use of this material.<\/p>\n
