Tanvi Mahajani

I am from El Dorado Hills, California, and currently attend Oak Ridge High School as a senior. After graduating, I plan to major in Cognitive Science/Neuroscience and heavily involve my career in STEM. I chose to join NSTEM’s leadership team because I wanted to expand my leadership experience at a STEM oriented company and direct a major redesign in blog production. I am learning a lot about team management and motivation, which I hope to grow my skills in with my time at NSTEM. In addition, I find myself deeply aligned with NSTEM’s goal of improving STEM education across the nation, and am extremely grateful to be a part of this mission. Prior to joining leadership, I was an intern working in the research specialists and events teams. Now, as co-director, I find it quite amazing to see our work coming together to promote NSTEM and its values as a whole.
