Nehal Bajaj

My name is Nehal Bajaj. I am from Somerset, NJ and will be an junior in the 2022-23 school year. After working as an intern in the Business department for about 7 months and working as Ken’s Strateigc Assistant for 3 months, I was thrilled to accept the Business director position! As a youth deeply involved in education advocacy, getting to be part of an organization that has the tools to limit the inequity surrounding STEM education is amazing to be a part of. Being involved in both the internal and external strategy at NSTEM, my leadership skills have evolved massively from learning the most efficent organization skills and what it takes to lead a team with clear goals. While not the most passionate about STEM, I loved the atmosphere that the NSTEM internship program creates, offering real world leadership experience. I have met many passionate educators and experts that have helped me reaffirm my connection to STEM. This position has made me a much better student and I look forward to applying these skills as a puruse my interest in finance and public policy.
