I was born in the uber-educated city of Boston, Massachusetts, where innovation and technology bear many fruits. Growing up surrounded by the various technologies, innovations, and trends shaping the modern digital world, my curiosity for STEM was sparked at an early age. My desire to learn has shaped my educational journey by pursuing a deep dive into advanced STEM classes and engaging in internships and collaborative initiatives, where my leadership skills were born. My academic pursuits and hands-on experiences solidified my passion for STEM. Motivated by my love of STEM, I eagerly accepted a leadership position at NSTEM. Throughout my life, STEM has been a constant companion, guiding my intellectual growth and shaping my perspective on problem-solving. From being in charge of my local library to collaborative research endeavors, I have honed skills in communication, writing, researching, and teamwork – essential for effective leadership. As a director at NSTEM, I am excited to leverage my skills and experiences to build and maintain an excellent, positive public image for NSTEM through blogs and relationship management and further position NSTEM’s mission for success.
