Chinmayi Chittamuri

Hi! My name is Chinmayi Chittamuri and I am a junior in high school from North Brunswick, New Jersey. I am interested in studying finance and marketing in college. I started out as an intern in the Chapter Development team, where I helped draft emails to be sent out to educators and STEM enthusiasts across the nation, as well as researched and gathered information about top STEM schools in the country. This led to my promotion to lead the Chapter Development department where I gained tons of experience in email marketing, sales, and maintaining relationships with educators. NSTEM greatly improved both my written and verbal communication skills and enabled me to gain experience in organizing Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other online platforms. I also improved my networking skills through using LinkedIn to conduct boolean searches on top STEM educators in many states across the nation. This internship provided me with the opportunity to refine my skills and become a better leader at other positions both in my extracurricular activities as well as school. I hope to use the skills and knowledge I gained through being the Director of the Chapter Development department in my future endeavors!
