- NSTEM™ has partnered with STEM Atlanta Women founder, Maxine Cain, to enlighten, educate, and empower students to take advantage of the opportunities of STEM from K to Career™.
- Known for her innovative & strategic approaches to inspiring young women of color in STEM, Maxine will be the chairperson of the NSTEM™ Advisory Council.
- The two of these entities combined will shift the paradigm of how we enter the future of science, technology, engineering, and math as a nation, by breaking the barriers of education and innovation.
STEM Atlanta Women promotes equity for young women and girls in STEM fields by increasing the talent pipeline to STEM careers. This partnership will allow both groups to provide underrepresented students across the country with ample access to more quality STEM education and opportunities.
“We want to make sure students are aware, encourage them to pursue opportunities, & capture their attention, so they can understand the possibilities of technology,” Cain reveals.
